The first step in developing your Theory of Leadership is setting a strong foundation for your effort.
In Phase 1, we’ll help you set boundaries for your work, identify and bring together a team of collaborators, and conduct diligence on your current culture, routines, and processes to ensure that your Theory is sized properly, equity driven, and responsive to system and stakeholder needs.
